As President and Co-founder of ETIS Group, Gary Haskett has a hands-on role in the design of the projects he executes and manages. A Professional Engineer, he has led teams on a variety of project types and sizes. Gary started in the engineering field over 30 years ago in Budapest, Hungary and has been happy to spend the past 16 years with ETIS Group since inception. Gary works directly with clients on projects from conception through design to startup and warranty. His responsibilities include preparing mechanical documents, system design & performance, compiling mechanical specifications, energy cost analysis, field inspection.

As a Civil Engineer and designer, Gary thrives on the freedom that structural engineering provides. His enthusiasm for the design process makes him naturally responsive and an easy collaborator. Concerned about the effect that building construction has on the environment and wanting to better understand comprehensive sustainable design strategies, Gary became a LEED accredited professional and continually pursues study of green building techniques. He is proud to produce work that leaves a lasting & positive legacy.



Donald Moyes has worked in the engineering field for over 20 years, the past 12 years as a Principal at ETIS Group. Donald leads and participates in programming, design and construction administration for both new and renovation projects. He also assists in establishing M/E/P design guidelines, cost control, scheduling and code compliance on major projects. He is adept at managing the schedule challenges of technically complicated designs and efficiently coordinates issues that may arise between the design team and contractor during construction. Don endeavors to design projects that improve communities and benefit society as a whole.

He fostered client relationships in affordable multifamily, single family and commercial building sectors. Donald diverse experience also includes responsibilities spanning the entire life span of a project, from schematic design through construction completion.



Robert Riley has been with ETIS Group since 2009. Since joining as an Electrical Engineer in Training, Robert has become a Professional Engineer and was promoted to Associate Principal in 2015. As an Electrical Engineer, Robert's responsibilities include the design of lighting, power, and fire alarm systems, as well as construction document production and construction administration..

Robert is an expert in historic renovation and he has a unique understanding of historic building construction techniques and materials. Robert has become a trusted resource and a dependable project manager. He has also been successful at developing client relationships.



Sarah Wagner is an inclusive team leader, who fosters a collaborative environment which encourages mentoring and learning. Her continued project involvement from schematic design through construction administration ensures that client’s goals and objectives are met and incorporated in the structural design. Sarah enjoys the challenges associated with prefabricating building systems and is passionate about developing structural solutions that work well with the architectural concepts as well as meeting owner’s goals. She joined ETIS Group immediately following receiving her masters degree in 2011 from University of California, Berkeley.

She has broad based responsibilities which include supervision of technical staff, business development and complex project management. Sarah has a proven track-record with all aspects of project delivery including bridging, design-build and fast-track complemented by a comprehensive knowledge of design standards and codes.



Hars Maine brings strong technical skills to every project along with a fun, energetic attitude that helps bring project teams closer together. He enjoys the constant interaction from highly collaborative projects. Since joining ETIS in 2015, Hars has developed innovative cost and time saving efficiencies, such as linking BIM and structural analytical models. Hars shares his command of technology by working with architectural clients to more efficiently use BIM modeling software.

Hars has 8 years of experience in civil engineering design on multi-disciplinary port, waterfront, and industrial site development focusing on planning, phasing, civil utilities analysis and industrial stormwater treatment. He is experienced managing small internal teams to large multi-disciplined teams responsible for full-service project development.
